Application for admission to the school should be made in the prescribed form attached to the prospectus which can be obtained from the School office on payment of Rs 100/-. Alternatively the application form can be downloaded and use for admission, however an amount of Rs 100 (One Hundred) must be paid at the time of submission of the filled in application form. Only after the payment is made the application form Number and Hall Ticket No. will be assigned. 

ADMISSION CRITERIA FOR THE HIGHER SECONDARY SECTION

Eligibility :

Candidates seeking admission to class XI Science should have passed the High School Leaving Certificate Examination conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Manipur or any other equivalent examinations recognized by the Council Of Higher Education, Manipur.

Documents to be enclosed:

The following Xerox copies of the documents are to be submitted at the time of form submission.
A. Two ( 2 ) Photostat copies of provisional certificate of passing H.S.L.C examination
B. Six ( 6 ) Photostat copies of marks sheet of passing H.S.L.C examination
C. Six ( 6 ) Photostat copies of admit card of H.S.L.C examination.

The following original documents are to be submitted at the time of counseling
1. Original Mark Sheet and Admit Card ( H.S.L.C Examination or any other equivalent examination)
2. Provisional
3. Character
4. Transfer
5. Eligibility certificate ( only for student from boards other than Manipur board)
6. Migration certificate ( only for student from boards other than Manipur board)
7. Two ( 2 ) pass port size photo

• Selection of Candidates will be made on the cumulative mark secured in the admission test and the HSLC (or equivalent) exam marks.
• All documents in Original are required to be submitted at the time of counseling.
• All Photostat documents are to be attested by a Gazetted Officer.
• Application form completed in all aspect along with the above mention documents must reach the school office on or before the date fixed by the School authority.
