Application for admission to the school should be made in the prescribed form attached to the prospectus which can be obtained from the School office on payment of Rs 100/-. Admission is made strictly on the merit basis and is governed by the rules framed by the admission committee of the school. No pressure for admission from any quarter will be entertained. Once admission is sought, no claim for refund of fees will be granted.

• The New session for nursery to class V in normal case starts from first week of April and ends in the first week of March of every year.
• The New session for class XI in normal case starts from the 2nd week of July every year.
• The New session for class XII in normal case starts from 2nd week of April every year.

Application form for registration must reach the office of the Principal, Standard Robarth Higher Secondary School, Canchipur within the date notified in the notice board of the school.

Registration form must be filled in and signed by the applicant in his/her own hand writing. Incomplete application form will be instantaneously rejected.

General Admission Rules:-

1. No candidate will be allowed to appear the admission test without their Admit Card.
2. All eligible candidates who have applied for admission to S.R.H.S.S. shall be assigned a registration number which will be put on the school’s notice board. Only those students whose registration numbers are listed on the notice board shall be allowed to sit for the written test.
3. Selected candidates list and those in waiting list shall be put on the notice board of the school.
4. The selected candidates are required to complete their admission formality by the schedule date which will be notified to all concern in the school’s notice board, otherwise the seat will be allotted to the candidates in the waiting list. All payment should be done on all working days at the school counter.
5. Candidates should be accompanied by their parents/guardians for the personal interview to sign the Declaration form enclosed in the prospectus. Candidate coming without their Parents/guardians will be rejected.
6. Admission may be cancelled at any time, if any documents / information furnished by the candidate at the time of admission is found to be incorrect forged or fake, his/her fees deposited at the time of admission shall not be refunded.
